MSM (Methyl-sulphonyl-methane) is an organic sulfur compound (metabolite of dimethyl sulfoxide). MSM is popular as a natural source of sulfur, a favorite supplement for athletes, due to its beneficial effects on joints and tendons.

Methyl-sulphonyl-methane, also known as MSM (Methyl-sulphonyl-methane), was discovered in the early 1980s by Dr. Yakov and Dr. Hershler at Oregon Health and Science University.

Sulfur is one of the main building blocks of the structure of the human body. The body needs sulfur for the formation of keratin, collagen, elastin, which are extremely important for muscles, bones, joints, cartilage, skin, hair and nails.
