      Amaranth is a cereal with a pleasant nutty taste and high protein content. It is often used in gluten-free diets. It is an excellent source of lysine and is well absorbed in the digestive tract.

      Recommended use: Boil amaranth in a ratio of 1: 3 for about 20-25 minutes. You can also add it to muesli if you pre-soak it for 10-12 hours.
