One-grain limet is one of the earliest cultivated forms of wild wheat, distinguished by the fact that it does not fertilize and spray with chemicals, nor does it take the chemicals from the soil.

Used without Gluten-free diet. Because of the lack of gluten it does not have bakery qualities where yeast is used.
