Licorice is the root of the plant Glycyrrhiza glabra, also known as Licorice, Liquorice or Liquorice. It's kind of plant from the family Fabaceae, common in southern Europe and the Middle East. He has a long history in Asian culture, as best grows in the valleys of India, Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Licorice has a different sweetness than sugar and leaves a sweet aftertaste for a long time.

Recommended use: 1 to 5 grams per day licorice powder dissolved in warm water.
