Vitamin folic acid belongs to the group of vitamin B. It is especially found in green vegetables, wheat germ and liver. Folic acid is unstable in liquid and is also sensitive to heat and UV light. The vitamin is quickly lost during normal food preparation.
An adequate supply of folic acid is especially important for women of childbearing age. The German Society for Nutrition (DGE) recommends that women who want to have children take an additional 400 μg of folic acid daily. For the body, folic acid is essential for normal cell division. Folic acid contributes to the growth of the mother's tissues during pregnancy.

Ingredients: coconut oil, cold-pressed olive oil, humectant glycerin, glazing agent hydroxypropyl starch, sunflower oil, glazing agent carrageenan, dye iron oxides and hydroxides, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid)

Recommendation for use: 1 capsule once a day; before and during the first three months of pregnancy, 2 capsules per day.
