The main flavonoids contained in buckwheat flakes are rutin, oriental, isoorientin, vitexin and quercetrin in the amount of 60-74 mg / 100 g buckwheat flakes. The antioxidant activity of buckwheat flakes and buckwheat bran, measured by the FRAP method, is high and amounts to 19.95 +/- 0.27 and 12.61 +/- 0.30 mmol Fe / 100 GSM, respectively. In addition, herbal extracts of white thorns, horse chestnut and green tea are used, as a result of which VIRUMIN HEATING GEL acts against swelling of the legs and arms, unblocks, tightens and facilitates microcirculation in the legs.
