Organic wheat, 500 g

One of the first cereals cultivated by humans and the most common one. It is a source of minerals such as selenium, manganese and phosphorus and vitamins A, B, E and K.

RECOMMENDED USE: Rinse the wheat well and let it boil under a blanket for about 40 minutes. It can be used in a variety of dishes in combination with vegetables and sauces. Suitable base in desserts with cinnamon and raisins.

STORAGE: In a dry and cool place at room temperature.
