Organic coconut cream

400 ml Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk, but contains less water. Coconut cream has a thicker, paste-like consistency.

Coconut cream contains a higher amount of fat than coconut milk. Coconut cream is the better choice for "mixing" with coffee or tea, or if you want to make banana bread or other pastries.

Adding coconut cream to dishes and desserts makes the food delicious and gives the specific flavor of coconut.

Coconut cream contains mainly medium-chain fatty acids. These fatty acids include 5-6% caprylic acid (C8) and 50-52% lauric acid (C12). 20% of the acids contained are saturated fatty acids: 19% myristic acid (C14), 8% palmitic acid (C16) and 3% stearic acid.

Our body converts lauric acid into monolaurin, which stimulates the immune system. Monolaurin can fight the viruses and bacteria that cause cold sores and flu.

The medium-chain saturated fatty acids in coconut milk destroy plaque-forming bacteria in the arteries and help improve overall cardiovascular health.
