KoMo Mio uses a combination of the new beech veneer body and an innovative injection molding bioplastic made from wood lignin and cellulose fibers. Arboblend, also called liquid wood, is an attractive, light and strong organic material consisting of 100% renewable ingredients. Arboblend's manufacturing flexibility also allowed KoMo to make a Mio model affordable as a price point.
With this mill you can experiment with new types of flour for delicious recipes of your choice: from herbs to standard grains and gluten-free crops - there are no limits to your imagination. Turning the funnel is enough to adjust the grinding coarseness to the desired one. You open the grinder for cleaning without any tools, as with all KoMo grinders. Just great!
All dry grains can be ground with the KoMo Mio mill, including soft or durum wheat, oats (cleaned oats), rice, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum, soybeans and corn, too such as lentils, dry beans and dried, non-oily spices. Not suitable for oilseeds such as flax or sesame, popcorn corn or fiber products.
By grinding grains in your kitchen and using whole grain flour while it's fresh, you get your dream food for strength and health.
