ECO is suitable for grinding:

Grains: wheat, rye, spelt, spelt, barley, oats, millet, durum wheat, rice, quinoa, amaranth

Herbs and spices: Coriander, fennel, cloves, fenugreek, cumin, black pepper, coarse mustard seed, fennel, cumin, chili, cardamom, etc.

Grinding oily and moist grains and seeds is not recommended. Not recommended for corn, chickpeas, beans and buckwheat.
