With the Vidia VTG-001 juicer you will get the highest possible juice yield per unit of product compared to another single-shaft, centrifugal or press machine. And with the pressure regulator you control the amount of cellulose in your juice. The tighter the regulator, the more the pressure increases and the juice yield increases. But foods rich in cellulose fiber should be handled with care, as waste will still have to be disposed of somewhere.

Vidia VTG-001 uses three-stage juice extraction technology from fruits and vegetables. Two shafts, rotating in opposite directions to each other, grind and effectively squeeze juice from all types of products with a low rotation speed of 160 rpm. This process contributes to low levels of oxidation, which retains all the nutrients, enzymes and vitamins your body needs. The two-shaft pressing technology is the most perfect so far for juice extraction.

Two-shaft pressing technology is great for getting the maximum yield from a wide variety of products, including leafy vegetables, root vegetables and hard apples. Three attachments for maximum flexibility

Most juicers come with only one juice attachment. Vidia VTG-001 includes three attachments that allow you to process a wider range of products. The fine strainer (attachment) is best suited for solid products such as carrots, beets and hard apples. The large strainer has larger openings, creating less pressure and is suitable for softer or more fibrous products such as pineapple, peaches and other ripe fruits. The homogenizing attachment has no holes, it allows you to grind (homogenize) the ingredients. With it you can make puree, peanut paste, hummus and fruit sorbet from frozen fruits.
