Preparation of the device - two teaspoons of seeds are distributed evenly on the sieve and carefully watered with water. The vessel is then filled with water and the sieve is placed on top. The water should be at such a level in the vessel that the seeds float slightly in it. In this way, the seeds can swell and germinate evenly.
Germination – germination starts within the day. The water is changed once a day. During the first and second day, carefully water the seeds with water to ensure optimal growth of the sprouts. By providing the plants with water, rapid root formation follows.
Harvesting the sprouts - depending on the variety, harvesting begins after 4 to 8 days. The taste changes depending on the age of the sprouts. The sprouts themselves are very suitable for spreading on slices, adding to salads or dishes with potatoes. In addition, they fully cover the necessary daily dose of the most important vitamins and minerals. Sprouts provide a healthy and balanced diet.
