Cocoa paste possesses all the nutritional qualities of cocoa beans. One of the richest sources of magnesium in nature, source of iron and fiber. Cocoa is one of the most antioxidant-rich foods in the world. It contains potent flavonoids, polyphenols and minerals. Recommended use:
Cocoa paste is ideal for the preparation of raw chocolate sweets, it is not necessary to use the extra cocoa butter or other fat as cocoa beans are ground targets and preserve the natural content of fat.
