350 g Bio Honey Acacia
Bee acacia honey contains many minerals and vitamins. That is why honey is so useful for human consumption.
Origin of honey
Organic acacia honey of Bio Honey is obtained from the white acacia (Robinia pseudoacacia). The tree blooms from May to June. Although it is considered to be one of the main copper plants, white acacia does not always produce enough nectar that bees can process into honey. The amount of nectar produced depends very much on local weather conditions, and in some years the colors yield little or no nectar at all. Even when the amount of nectar is good, the white acacia blooming period is quite short - about 10 days. Meanwhile, the bees are attracted to the high aroma and great sweet smell of the huge, white, nectar-filled bunches of grapes. They visit the acacia trees every day at the time of the weather as weather conditions are appropriate. Our acacia honey is made from the nectar of these beautiful colors!

BIO content Acacia honey BioHoney
- Sugar
Honey contains 3 types of sugar: fructose (sugar), glucose (grape sugar) and sucrose (plain sugar). The relationship between them depends on the source of nectar and the invertase enzyme secreted by the bee's saliva gland, which decomposes complex sugars to simple ones.
- Vitamins
Vitamins in the honey are vitamin C and some complex vitamins B (riboflavin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, biotin, nicotinic acid).
- Minerals
Honey contains most of the minerals: potassium, chlorine, sulfur, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, sodium, phosphorus, silicon and copper. All these substances make honey so useful for human consumption. Darker honey types are richer in minerals than lighter ones.
- Proteins
Since proteins are a particularly important component of plants, proteins are also contained in honey as a result of processed nectar and pollen. They can be in the form of simple compounds or in the form of very complex chemical compounds.
- Acids
Organic acids also come in the form of honey, in small quantities: most often apple, oxalic, tartaric, lactic, formic, citric, etc.
- Essential oils
Honey oils are extremely important because they give it its distinctive aroma, but it is important to know that oils are thermally unstable and can quickly evaporate when the honey is heated.
PROPERTIES OF ACQUISITION AND BENEFITS OF USE
Lowest allergic reactions. Acacia honey has a low pollen content, making it the lowest allergic honey and most suitable for use by young children
Suitable for people suffering from diabetes. If diabetics have to choose a kind of honey instead of sugar, the acacia honey is best suited to them because of their low glycemic index.
Helps to normalize blood pressure. With frequent consumption, acacia honey increases the level of hemoglobin, resulting in normalization of blood pressure and the composite balance of blood.
Strong antiseptic effect. Acacia honey contains high levels of strong natural disinfectants - hydrogen peroxide synthesized from glucose by enzymes made from bees and pollen. Due to the low pH this kind of honey is quite acidic, which prevents the growth of bacteria. All these properties cause acacia honey to be used in the treatment of respiratory infections, eczemas, inflammations, oral diseases, skin problems, etc.
Soothing effect. Acacia honey improves sleep and also helps with stress, depressive symptoms, mental problems and nervous tensions.
Energizing effect. Acacia honey is very easily absorbed by the body and is a great energizing food, giving plenty of physical energy and toning action. Eating high quality organic honey is often an extremely habitual habit.
