Agave syrup is pure fruit sweetener from wild agave plant with fine aromatic taste.

Agave is a desert plant used by the ancient Aztecs as a sweetener. Agave nectar is extracted the juice contained in the core is extracted and filtered. The low temperature at which the process allows to treat Kum group of raw foods. Excellent solubility makes it suitable for sweetening drinks, snacks and more. Raw agave nectar has a low glycemic index and does not increase sharply the need for insulin.
